WordPress 2.7.1 is Out

WordPress 2.7.1 just officially released today.  From the WordPress blog, it fixes 68 tickets.  I skimmed through the list and I found out there are a couple bug fixes related to the XML-RPC problem.  However, I cannot found the fix for the tag removal problem (related to PHP and libxml2).  Upgrading to 2.7.1 may break the patch I have applied to 2.7.0 so may be I will on hold with the update unless it is necessary.
